The role

You report to the CEO (or Group CFO) and sit on the leadership team. The organisation is at a point where finance must shift from recording to steering.

What we are looking for

Proven senior finance experience in a comparable setting
Curiosity about data and AI, and the discipline to apply it safely
A sparring partner who speaks the language of both the board and the business
