Who we are
Careerbee (Chamber of Commerce 00000000, Zuidas, Amsterdam) is the controller for the personal data you provide through this website.
What we collect and why
- Playbook sign-up: email, job title and segment, to give you access and occasionally send related content (legal basis: consent).
- CV and application: name, contact details, CV or LinkedIn profile, to match you with suitable roles (legal basis: consent).
- Employer request: name, organisation and contact details, to respond to your request (legal basis: legitimate interest).
How long we keep it
Submissions, including CVs, are deleted automatically 12 months after receipt, or sooner at your request.
Security
CVs are stored outside the publicly accessible part of the website and can only be downloaded by authorised staff. We never share your details with a client without your explicit consent.
Cookies
We use no tracking or advertising cookies. One functional cookie remembers that you have access to the Playbook.
Your rights
You may request access, correction or deletion of your data at any time via finance@careerbee.nl. You can also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
