As CFO you prepare the finance function for the next exit: from a five-day close to real-time steering, with AI as a standard accelerator.

The role

You report to the CEO (or Group CFO) and sit on the leadership team. The organisation is at a point where finance must shift from recording to steering.

What we are looking for

  • Proven senior finance experience in a comparable setting
  • Curiosity about data and AI, and the discipline to apply it safely
  • A sparring partner who speaks the language of both the board and the business
